All-Embracing Website Maintenance. Generally, all contents and structure of your site is editable at anytime. Site navigation is generated automatically.

Hidden Pages
Pages can be marked as "hidden". These pages do not appear in the navigation, but they can be linked to any existing pages created by PBL-CMS. Optionally, could be used to produce an acknowledgement page for an email script* or to create password protected pages*.

Duplicate Pages
Duplicate a page and save the file with a new title make often the job easier.

No limit of design
PBL-CMS releases Web design from the restrictions of common Content Management Systems. Virtually all possible Web designs can be created using Template Manager. Thus existing Corporate Design of your enterprise is always being preserved.

Separation of Content from Design
Contents are stored in a data base and assembled together with the design (using Templates) as soon as the page is requested by a Web browser. Therefore, design changes can be realized without affecting the contents easily and faster.

Search Engine Friendly
PBL-CMS achieves very good search engine visibility. PBL-CMS generates addition to data base, static HTML pages too. This is very important for the search engines’ spiders. For instance, an external editor can type a text and upload related picture directly into the Content Management System and apply for its approval. During this process, he can access only "his" text. After having been approved, the text can go online. This means central maintenance and local data entry at the same time! This option is an extra comfort which is a must for medium and large scale sites or News websites.

History / Versioning *
PBL-CMS saves every version of every content. To ensure the easiest possible content check and recovery, this process has been implemented on the element level. Single click rollback to previous page versions offer added security, just in case.
